Resin AROPOL M 604 TB

AROPOL M 604 TB is a vapour suppressed, low styrene content DCPD based polyester resin. The resin is pre-accelerated and thixotropic.

  • HDT – 85 °C,
  • Density– 1,1 kg/dm3,
  • Viscosity, 23°C, Brookfield  (LVT SP 3/60 rpm) – 1200 mPas,
  • Viscosity, 23°C (cone&plate) – 180 mPas,
  • Geltime at 23°C (1,0% Butanox M-50) – 35 min,
  • Peak exotherm at 23°C – 120°C.

AROPOL M 604 TB is thixotropic, pre-accelerated, DCPD based polyester resin.  The resin is characterized by low shrinkage and high rigidity of laminate.

AROPOL M 604 TB resin is developed for spray-up and hand lay-up applications and suitable for manufacturing of products for the marine, transportation and building and construction markets.

85 °C is heat deflection temperature of AROPOL M 604 TB.
